Shipping policy

At Helen Paterson, we want you to know exactly what happens once you place an order. How we ship, where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes is set out below.

1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Wigan, England.

2. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. Delivery is free whatever you buy, and no delivery charge is added at checkout. The price you see in your basket is the price you pay.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, they are not included in our prices, and they remain payable by the recipient.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Order cut-off time is 17:00, Greenwich Mean Time, London. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

Here's what to expect once your order is processed:

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 6 to 11 business days

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order here, adding your tracking number or order number.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or to BFPO addresses. Some items may be subject to restrictions depending on local regulations or on the carrier.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery fails, if the address given is incorrect, or if a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will contact you and arrange a new shipment. A second dispatch may involve additional shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, email us at info@helenpaterson.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution as quickly as we can.

9. Important Notes

Please note, these transit times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, courier issues, or weather-related incidents.

Also, please be aware that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
